CHRIS MCGLINCHEY, CEO

Chris is the Chief Executive Officer of ProfitLink Consulting and brings a wealth of leadership, technical and operational experience to the firm. He is responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and project success. His extensive experience in the Project Management field has enabled Chris to lead major initiatives at Fortune 400 organizations. The strong client relationships he has developed are a byproduct of his effective communication skills, as well as the leadership he consistently displays during consulting engagements.

Having led multiple implementation and optimization projects, Chris is experienced with the planning, testing and execution of both front and back office application technology projects. Lead positions within global consulting firms Accenture and Deloitte & Touche have given him the skills and foundation necessary to apply proven strategies to the tasks at companies of all sizes. Additionally, clients have engaged Chris to function in senior management positions, whereby he has developed and implemented long-term information technology strategies.

As part of his project management background, Chris’ Merger and Acquisition knowledge has aided ProfitLink clients in taking major steps forward in building their businesses. During one acquisition, Chris directed and coordinated the integration of $400m in acquired business for a Fortune 400 company within a six month timeframe. This encompassed all areas of the business including HR, benefits, attrition of staff, systems, accounting, training, infrastructure and more.

As an accounting professional, Chris has acquired strong skills in developing sound business processes and accounting procedures. This has been illustrated by the undertaking of building a start-up business from the ground-up, with no established processes and procedures. His software expertise, combined with his specialization in accounting, has given Chris the ability to train accounting professionals on business systems; a task with which he has had a wealth of experience. Chris is known for bringing the team together, and fostering collaboration for maximum team performance.

Chris’s leadership positions have included the evaluation, development, testing, and rollout of one of the largest PeopleSoft billing implementations worldwide. He has held positions as CFO for multiple start-up & emerging growth companies, and as CIO for a multi-million dollar corporation. Chris is a graduate of Suffolk University in Boston, MA, where he majored in Finance and minored in Computer Science.
