SUZANNE DEASY

Suzanne is the Director of Accounting Operations for ProfitLink Consulting. Her work is focused on helping clients improve their accounting and general operational procedures in order to help them build a more efficient and growth-focused environment. Through ProfitLink’s teamwork approach, Suzanne not only oversees the consultants providing day-to-day operations at our clients, but also performs controller-level activities. She provides innovative solutions to streamline processes and highlights relevant information that will help Senior Management make informed decisions.

Having been the Controller for both public and private companies in the past, Suzanne brings a variety of operational experiences to ProfitLink Consulting. Her work with prior employers encompassed increasing levels of responsibility in financial management and reporting, human resources management, oversight of general administration teams, and hands-on accounting in all transaction areas. Common to all of her prior positions, Suzanne has always worked with small to mid-sized companies, including CrunchTime! Information Systems, Zanett Commercial Solutions, Whitbread Technology Partners and Back Bay Technologies. This prior work experience, combined with an entrepreneurial-focused MBA from Babson College, gives Suzanne the skills and the insight to help small to mid-sized companies implement strong accounting processes and procedures that will help them become more efficient and profitable. Suzanne is experienced in helping businesses identify key operating metrics and define proper reporting tools that will provide our customers with the needed insight and transparency to make sound business decisions.

Suzanne received her MBA from Babson College in Wellesley, MA and her Undergraduate Degree from the University of Rochester in Rochester, NY.
