The ProfitLink team utilized their software expertise to customize QuickBooks for the UPS Store business. Initially, a strong focus was placed on transactional clean-up, bank reconciliations and procedure documentation. Once this stage was complete, the ProfitLink team developed management reports and established internal controls. Ongoing financial maintenance kept the franchise owner of this store informed to make proper decisions.
