Pinnacle Office Solutions hired ProfitLink Consulting initially to complete an internal audit of financials, including Balance Sheet and Income Statement reviews for a span of over a year. During the audit timeframe, a thorough job cost review was completed, including payroll records, customer billing and customer payments. Throughout the course of the audit, the ProftitLink Consulting team suggested improvements in internal controls for cash transactions and billing procedures, including making appropriate updates to the QuickBooks interface.

Once the internal audit was complete, the Company requested that ProfitLink continue to maintain the bookkeeping functions until a qualified internal resource was established.
