Prior to utilizing the services of ProfitLink Consulting, the Law Offices of Jeffrey B. Rubin completed their accounting tasks using internal resources. As their client list grew, so did their need for a more formal accounting process. ProfitLink Consulting was asked to review the firm's policies and procedures, make updates to the QuickBooks system, review the setup of the billing process and identify areas for adjustment. Internal controls were then set for cash transactions and billing procedures.

On a biweekly basis, a ProftiLink consultant continues to perform the day-to-day processing of accounting transactions. All bank accounts are reconciled, including IOLTA accounts. Additionally, Controller-level services such as cash flow prep, as well as budget and forecast analysis, are performed monthly.
