A ProfitLink Consulting client since 2006, Hercon Management found their company without a controller in early 2006 due to employee turnover. They looked to ProfitLink to review, organize and analyze financial information dating back to 2005. With five other family-owned entities resulting in a sizable amount of intercompany activity with Hercon Management, they needed a streamlined tracking system. ProfitLink implemented revised procedures and our consultants have been a regular resource for bookkeeping activities on a monthly basis.
