In an effort to obtain more meaningful information from their financial system, Facilico Electric contracted with ProfitLink Consulting to convert their QuickBooks Pro version over to QuickBooks Contracting version in January 2009. As part of this process, ProfitLink worked closely with Facilico staff to gain a full understanding of operational processes and instituted the necessary preferences and mapping of data to produce key gross profit and job-costing analytics. Additionally, the conversion required accurate rollforward of 2008 year-end financials into a new QuickBooks data file.

ProfitLink also spearheaded the completion of accurate 2008 financials through in-depth review of detailed transactional activity and in working closely with Facilico's CPA firm.

Upon successful completion of QuickBooks system conversion and 2008 financials, ProfitLink set a plan to support Facilico with ongoing financial expertise and to provide direction to Facilico's in-house staff in day-to-day accounting matters.
