When Durafizz was spun out of Soane Labs, the company needed to operate as a separate entity. They looked to ProfitLink Consulting to define the necessary business processes and establish both entities as distinct operating units. Having successfully completed the spin-off from Soane Labs, Durafizz continues to utilize the team approach of ProfitLink Consulting in two ways. First, ProfitLink provides the client with hands-on staff accounting services including executing and monitoring their daily and weekly transactions as well as month-end processes. Secondly, ProfitLink works with Durafizz as a strategic business partner to help the management team analyze data to make critical business decisions including benefit offerings, budgeting and quarterly reporting to the Board of Directors. Located in Cambridge, MA DuraFizz LLC develops proprietary science-based solutions for food and beverage industry customers. DuraFizz was spun out of Soane Labs LLC in 2000 to capitalize on a discovery that an encapsulated material could release carbon dioxide into beverages to create a long-lasting "durable-fizz." Their technologies can deliver marketed improvements to food, making them healthier, crunchier and even overall better-tasting. |
