In an effort to centralize its entire accounting operations for all of their 15 locations, Century 21 D'Amico Real Estate Services engaged ProfitLink Consulting to serve as part-time Controller. Working in this capacity, ProfitLink Consulting was able to oversee the accounting functions, and thus make recommendations to benefit the organization as a whole. This guidance resulted in the elimination of many manual processes as well as the implementation of new software, QuickBooks, as the repository of all financial data. With a centralized system and processes in place, Century 21 was able to coordinate the individual records of each office into meaningful data to make informed decisions to support the entire company.
