API engaged ProfitLink Consulting (formerly New World Business Solutions) to customize their J.D. Edwards software, and for ProfitLink's AS400 expertise. This project included the customization of the Bill of Lading program and modifications to the receipts routing module. As both a manufacturer and distributor, API relies heavily on its e-to-e communications. This custom programming increased process efficiencies, and provided a more streamlined information flow.
